State Sectional and Quarterfinal Volleyball Information Location: Owensville Date: Saturday, October 31 Sectional Dexter vs. Owensville @ 1:30 Visitation Academy vs. Park Hills @ 3:30 Winners will play in the Quarterfinal @ 5:30 Owensville High School does not require masks or face coverings, they do recommend them to be worn when physical distancing is not possible. They ask that all spectators sit in family groups with 6' distance kept between groups. They are limiting gym capacity to 50%; with this limitation their capacity is slightly over 1,100 spectators. Owensville is confident they will have plenty of room for all spectators from each school. Owensville will assign sections of the gym for spectators from each school and ask that we use the assigned quarter of the gym. Owensville will have floor level and balcony level seating, our assigned section will run from the floor to the top to provide ample room. Our volleyball team will receive 75 vouchers. The holder of these vouchers will guarantee admission, but they do not see us getting anywhere near 1,100 people on Saturday.

Exciting Announcement!! Free Meals!! The USDA has announced they will extend the summer foods program into the fall to provide a free breakfast, lunch, and snack to all students through the month of December or until there is no longer funding for the federal program. If the funding changes, we will provide this information to families as quickly as possible. We have been told this program will be retroactive to September 1st. Any charges will be credited to your students lunch account and any payments made will be credited for future use on a lunch balance. The free meal does not include any ala carte items. They will continue to be available at the high school for cash purchase only. We are so happy to implement this program beginning with free meals on Tuesday, September 8th and introducing snacks on Monday, September 14th.
