
Central Elementary- Middle School will host an Open House for 5th graders entering 6th grade in the 2021-2022 school year on Tuesday, May 4th at 5:30 p.m. Families need to meet in the Middle School Cafeteria, and will have a chance to get any questions about Middle School answered. The 5th grade class that has the most students attend Open House will receive a treat the following week.

Central Elementary- Thursday, April 22nd will be the LAST day of Bearcat Buddies for the remainder of the school year.

Central Elementary- Dexter Public Schools has decided to transition to masks being optional for students and staff beginning Thursday, April 22nd.

Central Elementary- Everything is fine at school. The fire alarms were going off this morning. Therefore, the building was evacuated and the fire department responded as a precaution. All students are safe remaining outside until we can get the alarms turned off.

Central Elementary- We are aware there has been some difficulty with the Virtual Reading Breakout tonight. The problems will be addressed and students will be allowed to take Chromebooks home again tomorrow night.

Central Elementary- Students are asked to participate in the Dr. Seuss Digital Breakout tonight for reading week. The activities can be found in the students Google Classroom. Any student that completes at least 2 of the 4 breakouts, and returns the answer page/survey by Thursday, March 4th will be entered into a drawing.

Central Elementary- Bearcat Buddy tutoring begins Monday, March 1st. If your child has been invited and is signed up to attend, please make arrangements for them to picked up by 4:00 each Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, beginning tomorrow.
