Dear Parents, The process for morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up will be exactly like last year. We will run double lines until you get to the first grade playground area. At this point, we will move into a single line inside the cones for drop-off and pick-up.
Southwest Elementary-Please make plans to attend the Back-to-School Bash on July 31st from 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. in the Bearcat Event Center. Parent/Guardians need to accompany students to get their parent portal information set-up, online registration completed, school pictures taken, and student schedule. All students will need to bring a copy of their birth certificate, shot records, and any legal documents to upload into our new system.
DVDs will go home with students this week. Extras will be available to purchase in the Southwest office..

Southwest celebrated Read Across America week March 4th - 8th! We celebrated by reading aloud in class and by welcoming guest readers into our classrooms! A big thank you to the parents, grandparents, and community members that shared stories with our students!

If your child sold trash bags, they must be picked up before 7:00 p.m. today.
You may pick up trash bags at the back of the BEC from 12:00-2:30 or from 3:30-6:30 today.
Southwest Students will sell trash bags from September 5th - September 19th!
