April is Child Abuse and Neglect Awareness Month.
Mrs. Smith's Child Development Class placed 50 blue pinwheels donated by the Mother-to-Mother program to increase awareness, provide education, and support and prevent child abuse in the month of April.
The pinwheel is to recognize the importance of families and communities.
