Dexter Schools collected $5,102.06 for the Boon Park project.  From Southwest, the winning pool passes were Mrs. Fortner, Mrs. Kennedy and Mrs. Keena's classes.  From Central, Mrs. Warren, Mrs. Muzny and Mrs. Waddles classes also won pool passes.  The winning pool pass from Middle School was Ms. Monroe's advisory class.  The High School winning advisory class was Mrs. Pfeffer's and they will enjoy some ice cream treats at the park.

This Dexter Parks and Recreation project would benefit all children by providing inclusive equipment for those with disabilities; as the closest park with handicapped accessible equipment is in Poplar Bluff or Cape Girardeau.  This project would allow our students the ability to play with their peers right here in our community.
